How to make the warning bar away? minimum posts per-day? getting boring...anyway, i'd think like... having a "tick" and a "cross" in everybody's post would be good. if u think his post is meaningful, or concrete, or helpful, click the "tick" and state your reasons. the user who got ticked will be able to view the comments made in a week time, but wont know who it is.
same goes to "cross"...
