this is correct... management work not technical maintenance work.. and surely more and lots of work as hospital got lots of building problems... You won't be doing much of technical hands on works. It will be done by the Technician.

. but as now u are working at private,,.. i think u can manage... but beware.. it is sometime more stressfull in Govt as u do all the work...
