I will recommend Dell U2414H if you like IPS + thin bezel.

If you want gaming grade monitor, perhaps AOC G2460PQU with 144Hz is your choice, priced slightly > RM 900.

Is the fan still spinning?
Intel 8 core CPU can use up all your budget for just an i7 5960X (around 4k)  laugh.gif

And ATX mobo normally doesn't come with WiFi adapter, only those high end (1k+) will have it, so just get a normal ATX and buy a PCI-E WiFi adapter.

Nvidia consumes less power and runs cooler than AMD but VRAM is lesser (2x) than AMD and vice versa. You can change the following build to GTX980 if you prefer the advantages of Nvidia card.

Intel Xeon E3 1231 V3 - RM 970
Asus Z97 PRO GAMER - RM 635
GSkill 8GB (4GB x 2) DDR3 1600MHz Value RAM - RM 189
PowerColor R9 390X 8GB GDDR5 PCS+ - RM 1799
Samsung 650 128GB SSD - RM 219
WD Blue 1TB HDD - RM 199
Seasonic S12II 620W - RM 299
TP-LINK TL-WN751ND - RM 35
Thermaltake Versa H25 - RM 135

Total: RM 4480 (Idealtech price inclusive of GST)
