for gaming i5 versus i3, i5 wins on most games n multitasking,

as intel+Nvidia combo it not power hunger n will not stress PSU much,
just go with the cheaper PSU build,
antec n FSP brand is reliable,

u can spare some cash to get R9 270 at RM599

the FSP shud suffice as it state it oni require 500w min,
but if still on tight budget,
u can consider aerocool kcas 600w RM197 as alternative
(aerocool kcas not much a reliable brand but shud do gud)
