I see FSP Hexa+ 550W been suggested many times, is it because it is cheap or it is really a quality product?

Need a suggestion for cpu cooler, case is Corsair Air 240.
Or if I really need a third party cooler for my i5 4690 no OC, only for movie, surfing, coding and gaming? |
