Conlay Group, the construction firm has secured its subsequent Property Development project in the vicinity of Section 17.

A brand new project is believed to be earmarked located near the Rothmans Roundabout (next to Lisa De Inn Hotel, opposite Sin Chew Jit Poh).

The project would consist of SOHO/service studios, service residences, an office tower and retail shops that would serve as neighbourhood retail for the convenience of nearby residents.

really interested to see how high the price can go....the conlay's project on the wet market SS17 is selling at 800psf.....this one sure 900-1000sqf...

This will put more pressure on jalan university. Their S17 proj still have unit available I believe.

I think is leasehold as the site near the flat (which is leasehold) opposite the DKSH.
