No offense, I think other way...For own stay, maybe not, long corridor with too many unit per floor...
But for investment, 395k, with full loan 90%, paying less than 2k installment, and rent it out, still not very bad....
Haha, but every married guy has a CFO or CEO at home, not easy to get approval...
