1 block 600+ units and 40 storeys ah ..... wuah, apa macam tunggu lift? 6 biji lift also have to wait long long la.
Rental market can ah this place? I've seen so many units still empty in Cheras area cannot rent out. If for investment, have to wait many months for potential tenant oh. Any idea walking distance to train station ka? |
