Registrations/cheques collection started end of April, 23/5 mainly for the registered purchasers to choose their unit(s) and secure their booking.
Actually before the day itself i heard the cheques collected already more than the units available.

Can't compare like that, The Holmes have more than 50 agents selling for them, ads is seen everywhere whereas for Casa Green, Amber didn't engage any marketing agents, didn't do any advertising and they also sold more than 90% in a month. Of course, the units sold in The Holmes are almost double the units in Casa Green.

This one really depends, if my colleagues are auditors, engineers, executive levels, even 500m is far.
But if my colleague is mechanic, wireman, janitor etc, then even 2km also we walk.
