Gosh... So the handover could probably in 2021...
The most important thing still they must deliver the final product. No matter how cheap if stuck half way the investment might need to write off.

Credibility is an issue for this developer.

All based on black and white la.. Don't be too silly to assume earlier if the black and white state as 54 mths.

This thread sound so quite already. What is the progress now? For those who had signed the SPA have u guys got back the signed copy? When is the VP? What is the remaining lease period of the land?

Strange ??? Tot all need to Q overnight and many under waiting list. Think those who sign the spa already feel something unusual.

this project is abit strange, real purchaser will know. The deposit paid since last year May and Some sign SPA since oct 15. Anyone already paid the 10% upon signing SPA?
