Did check with the lawyer, they said SPAs are with the developer. Not sure when it will be ready. The lawyer will contact the purchaser once ready.

Got my SAP today from the lawyer office. Long time didn't make a visit here. Immediately called up the lawyer to check on the SAP after I saw the above message. Not sure if the lawyer did give me a ring or I could have missed it previously.
