The reason why l asked the earlier question was to point out the potential loophole of "close family" transfer within the same surname.

In fact, I doubt most developers will go all the way down to birth cert verification, commission of oath (not to mention DNA level)

In short, it is possible for same surname transfer, although I do not condone it. icon_rolleyes.gif

I have seen another project, its developer originally allowed only immediate family transfer like this. Later, the transfer is extended for any non immediate family members.


Yup, developer is definitely profit oriented.
I suspect for this project, any other type of transfer will take place also, later. Will see then.

Can one side use the unstamped SnP to sue the other?
