QUOTE(plumberly @ Jun 29 2015, 02:30 PM)
Out of interest, how much has Greece borrowed from IMF and others and what are the interest rates?

I know they also imposed some policy changes as part of the Greece's loans.

Cheerio.

http://demonocracy.info/infographics/eu/de...debt_greek.html

debt due july is not big... <2B to IMF.. and they have no $$ to pay.. lol..... icon_idea.gif
and the total debt is not big too... 360B....

it's the uncertainty of a default or grexit that spook the mkt... wub.gif
and political issues... EU <-> Greece <-> Russia

i try to stay calm atm... not jumping in yet.... although they may come out with yet another last minute deal and mkt will turn 180 and rocket again...

if Fitch downgrades M'sia.. then there's another small dip to buy happy.gif

Welcome back! I came back a few days ago.  biggrin.gif

For now, you guys might want to have a look at this video (if it hasn't been posted before): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rkELgi6EkNo

Sourced from this website, where they are predicting some major events happening : https://www.dollarvigilante.com/

There's a lot of videos there. Disclaimer : It is not my views so don't blame me.  tongue.gif

Some say it is all BS and don't believe it. Either way, it is good to prepare.

Now watching world market closely and waiting for the big crash. For me, market can go either way. If no crash, good, back to sleep/silent mode. If crash, then problematic too. Dunno when to enter......  sweat.gif

In term of points, yes, new figure.
But in term of %, far from history record.

DJ is now a 15K~18K index, not like a few thousand like last time.
*
lol, there are many circuit breakers in place now to prevent that from happening..
7% fall break, 20% fall break, here break there break... doh.gif

but worth noting is Friday's volume was 10x the usual..

epf/funds wont support blindly.. they'll support at appropriate levels based on macro data, fiscal data, trade data, banking data..
ATM M'sia data (employment, GDP, CPI, trade etc.. ) isn't that bad...

barring any meltdown whether globally, RM or Oil, i think KLCI downside is pretty limited for the time being..
i'm looking for more hints from MGS Yield, BNM Forex Reserves and RM,
