Found out the reason already.

It usually happens when I put too many torrents for download/upload.

But that is the symptom, the reason, I dunno..

^ You can always revert back to previous version, right ?

Guys, here's something weird about my utor.

Download is super fast, but uploading isn't.
What's more disconcerting is that I am downloading/uploading from the same private tracker.

That, and the fact that the peers for my downloads are many.

What could have caused this problem?



FYI, I am using TM 5mbps ADSL connection.

My tracker is red, with the following error :
"No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it."

What could have cause the error ? And how to rectify it ?
