May I ask has Lenovo Malaysia officially bring in this phone to Malaysia and starts selling already or all the K3 Note on market is AP set?

Sadly.
So if I'm going to buy the AP set from store like DirectD, do I have to check out whether it can be used in Malaysia 4G this kind of thing or not?
Because I knew certain phone like Xiaomi Mi4 has FDD and TDD variant, buy the wrong variant then no need to use 4G in Malaysia.

Not sure this phone is it all 4G band also usable.

Since it is AP, I am guessing the OS is chinese (assuming all AP also comes from China)? or can we choose the language to English?
If Chinese only, I can say good bye to it already.

These issues are due to the incompatibility of using oversea AP set in Malaysia, or due to the phone itself (so regardless of ori or AP set also will have same problem) ?

When Lenovo going to officially launch this phone in MY.

Guys I think this Lenovo K3 Note is not coming to Malaysia already because a search in Sirim database shows that Lenovo Malaysia has register the P90 but there is no result found for K3 Note.
Since both phones release almost around the same time, it will only be logic if Lenovo Malaysia registers both phones together with Sirim around the same time.
So I guess we all stuck with AP set.

Just want to mentioned there is a strong competitor in term of spec is the Meizu M2 Note, seem like there is also another forum member notice it.
i compare the spec in GSMArena, current!ly Malaysia is selling the 16GB Meizu M2 Note at Lazada only with Rm100 discount, but there is a 32GB version which is expected to arrive later this year.
in term of difference:
1) K3N use separate slot for microsd card, M2N use SIM2.
2) K3N microsd card up to 32GB only but M2N up to 128GB.
3) K3N has FM radio M2N does not have. Dunno why seem like a simple feature why need to cut cost.
4) K3N has 3000mAh battery, M2N has 3100 mAh battery.
5) K3N has Dolby Atmos M2N has none.

If I have to resort to ori set the M2N feels more attractive. If 32GB M2N got come for me is no brainer to get it alr. Lenovo Malaysia makes a too late marketing strategy if they only bring K3N at December.

I do notice this but I choose not to put emphasize on it because I think in average user real life usage, it will not give significant difference.

Sorry I am not sure. Can't help. But as for now the Meizu M2 Note in Lazada is still selling at RM699.
