from this sub-forum, what i found out is almost all the hardcore LYN BF Sub-Forumers accept BF2142 even though i do agree there is some pro's & cons about the game.

i totally disagree with you regarding the load time. i did a comparison again & BF2142 loads at least almost twice quiker then BF2. like slikz sez, for a first-timer (or when you chg video settings) the loading does take time, but this is normal & just like BF2.

as for unlocks, it depends for ppl. some ppl likes the unlock idea & some ppl doesnt (includin me). i myself does not care much abt weapon unlocks since im more comfortable with stock weapons, but some equipment are vital in the game especially when playing titan mode. this is not fair to noob players. however some unlocks can be temporary obtained as a Field Upgrade, by playing as a squad.

if you always playing with noobs that doesnt cooperate, we can help you with that. but you need to learn how to make friends with us. just install xfire, add these ppl nick to your xfire contacts http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=237901 . just chat with us & start playing together. if your in the same team, just be in the same squad.

for me, BF2 is better, but that does not mean i iwll stop playing bf2142. & yeah, i have to agree that nothing beats BF1942,... except the lack of servers & players (friends).

sure you can. but most of us playing the full version of bf2142 now.

but u mentioned abt bf2, some of us still active & still play the game (including me). you can join bf2 with us as well.

usually if were in a server & see our fellow "sia" comrades in there as well, we will join their squad & work together as a team.

well, thats what bf all about, teamwork (& the new bf2142 system are made to encourage more teamwork)
