Yep.Loading Take A Long Time.Better The Old Battlefield 2.More Realistic Than 2142.And Using P4 2ghz + 1gb DDR + Nvidia Gforce FX 5500 256mb still cannot support(i mean loading so long and lagging).Well I still love Battlefield 2.

Yup the new 2142 sux big time. First time playing it Im getting puzzled, the crazyness of being so into the future really borings me. Uninstall it after first time playing it. And I agree that the best BF is the 1942

u should aT least try to play the whole game..if not u waste money to buy/time to download

Yep, I try play online and single player. Borings me. I hate that I need experience score or some sort to unlock new weapons

On my min spec pc, it's more stable and loads faster than BF2.

when im in the login screen i try login with my username then it says that im not connection to the internet...=.='

dun use image or NO DVD crack. coz right now all the cracks not working properly. once u use the crack, then u will get that error. so use ur DVD to play for now.

The game sux? well i like it, u see different people might have their own taste, well too bad this game is not ur taste, so? let it be.

Loading time too slow? took me less than 30 sec to load this game, while in BF2 the loading time longer, so i dun think BF 2142 loading time is longer than BF2, since i'm using the same spec for BF2 and BF2142.

its an online game lah. singleplayer sux. unless u get a couple of frens playing lan then it is awesome

BF2 = Tactical and teamwork game.

BF2142 = Run .. shoot ... run some more.

You need teamwork in BF2142 as well. I had joined one game where the opposing team recons were sniping while other teammates go into capture the control point. And they are so pro until need less than 1 minute to bring down a walker... I guess everyone could do that if they play enough of BF2142 But for me.. quite hard coz I'm still noob

Playing BF2142 is tiring, you need to some score before you can unlock some weapon. Im not play those game all the time since most people is a noob and they wont cooperate, they tend to work alone. What a ripoff! Worst BF series! Thanks a lot EA!!!!

lololol it's so funny how people who watch the video bash the loading time as slow because of the first time that it runs. Every time you change video settings or run the game for the first time it will optimize the shaders. that's why its taking so long to load! the next time it starts it will load twice or three times as fast la!

BF2 more realistic than BF2142? Ermm... the last time I checked BF2142 was made on a rendition of the future. I mean duh? of course BF2 is closer to reality.

1st of all,from the video the threadstarter post.I can see the computer is not yet properly set-up.Instead of setting up their comp,they just log in and then go to the instant play.Somemore it is their 1st time playing the game .Some of you guys just let the comp or program setup ur settings without checking it 1st.Come on,you should know ur own computer capabilities. .

from this sub-forum, what i found out is almost all the hardcore LYN BF Sub-Forumers accept BF2142 even though i do agree there is some pro's & cons about the game.

i totally disagree with you regarding the load time. i did a comparison again & BF2142 loads at least almost twice quiker then BF2. like slikz sez, for a first-timer (or when you chg video settings) the loading does take time, but this is normal & just like BF2.

as for unlocks, it depends for ppl. some ppl likes the unlock idea & some ppl doesnt (includin me). i myself does not care much abt weapon unlocks since im more comfortable with stock weapons, but some equipment are vital in the game especially when playing titan mode. this is not fair to noob players. however some unlocks can be temporary obtained as a Field Upgrade, by playing as a squad.

if you always playing with noobs that doesnt cooperate, we can help you with that. but you need to learn how to make friends with us. just install xfire, add these ppl nick to your xfire contacts http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=237901 . just chat with us & start playing together. if your in the same team, just be in the same squad.

for me, BF2 is better, but that does not mean i iwll stop playing bf2142. & yeah, i have to agree that nothing beats BF1942,... except the lack of servers & players (friends).

loading time iis depend on system configure also if u have crappy system then u loading time sure is suxor ahaha but for me loading is faster than bf2(around 1-2min when load a map for me)

but u mentioned abt bf2, some of us still active & still play the game (including me). you can join bf2 with us as well.

usually if were in a server & see our fellow "sia" comrades in there as well, we will join their squad & work together as a team.

well, thats what bf all about, teamwork (& the new bf2142 system are made to encourage more teamwork)

i've not touched BF1942, but i find that to say it sux cos you're puzzled and it's crazyness is just plain unfair.

i played BF2 before, jumping into BF2142 isn't a problem. the new weaponry and stuff are fun. it's truly enjoyable, maybe not to you but it's really nice for me.

and btw i've 4 unlocks already and i'm not using them yet.........

I like BF2, and I like 2142 even more, but some people might prefer BF2.

the titan mode is what made bf2142 special so i can tell u bf2142 is a good games with some minor bug...

titan assault can easily degrade into trench warfare -.-

still cap d missile silo is better XD

Titan mode was nice but I prefer to defend the Titan more than assault

And, I sux whenever I try to land the chopper on the titan. 90% of the time I crashed into the airship

ehh. i capture Silos more often. that's where my points come.

and who ask you to use chopper la, just use jump-pods then. of course, you have to be within the jump range la.
