AirBnB? In Menjalara? Who is the target market?

Some times, I feel as if people are saying do AirBnB because it's the trendy thing to do. Not because there is a market gap to serve.

"Rental cannot yield? Let's do AirBnB! Other condo's also can!".

1. Far from the city.
2. No access to public transport.
3. Not a tourist hotspot.

Not to mention that the sales team will most definitely stand to profit from all the renovation required for an AirBnB unit.

Doesn't make financial sense.

Yeah they will tell you can do airbnb.this place is not bad to stay as near tesco and a lot of food nearby. Airbnb hmm..I donโ€™t think so..though they try to sell near DPC.
