AirBnB? In Menjalara? Who is the target market?
Some times, I feel as if people are saying do AirBnB because it's the trendy thing to do. Not because there is a market gap to serve.
"Rental cannot yield? Let's do AirBnB! Other condo's also can!".
1. Far from the city.
2. No access to public transport.
3. Not a tourist hotspot.
Not to mention that the sales team will most definitely stand to profit from all the renovation required for an AirBnB unit.
Doesn't make financial sense.
