Estate agents nowadays seems not having logical sense that this part of the forum is for discussion only.

Back to this That booth opened in Tesco Menjalara served by estate agency. Best of luck for this kind of dev in such a small space. Anyway location wise is good.

I asked the agent. RM630psqf for prelaunch price. Next month onward is rm750psqf. Good luck in selling.

it is weird this project. Little information, and even if there is, the information is partial. For instance, maintenance fee and sinking fund is missing. Any ideas anyone?

that why i already take back my 20k deposit and buy citizen old klang road . i pay deposit since may , until now also no any information

WOW...you actually paid 20k and they return it, which is good la. I wonder what is it they are trying to do. SOHO, SOFO, or SERVICE APT? Lately I am starting to notice this trend, as I restart engine to survey property market status

I am unaware of any gurus or agent preaching on this particular spot.

O did some reading on their site, this developer (from penang) background is building gov hospitals, schools etc. That is where they came from. What does that say? They seem to deliver, but am afraid they have zero credentials on managing a MIX condo development. They also have little credentials on building condos. So, to 'launch' (if you can call it that) in such a manner is looking very bad on them. Nonetheless, this is a fantastic location, and my Kepong friends are like YES, I WANT! What say you?

haha! no need to visit, I see online already know. Which is why I told my friends, why not buy this instead, so cheap psf. Got a lot of room for up up up, WHEN JMB do their work well and ramp up the place nicely. Here, very nice. Walk a bit got DIMSUM, steamboat, tesco and happy hour Geographer. Nice what they say.

ya , take two month to return back . waste time only . and last time say 3 room unit is 833sf , but suddenly change to 811sf and price same cause corner unit add 20k . sad.gif
