Have you done a sleep study?

If not you will not know whether cpap is required.
Also weight loss will be helpful. If you have not seen ear nose throat doctor, go see one too

I have done a sleep study.

Consulted a sleep doctor. Found that the treatment is quite a sum of money.

Weigh loss is great but gonna take time. Now this is affectinf my effectiveness at work. Any alternative treatment?

How about ent doctor?

For the time being. Sleep on side. You can strap tennis ball on your back so you can't sleep on your back.

Whether you will get used to that , I don't know
