QUOTE(BoonieTan @ May 4 2015, 05:49 PM) I have done a sleep study. How about ent doctor?Consulted a sleep doctor. Found that the treatment is quite a sum of money. Weigh loss is great but gonna take time. Now this is affectinf my effectiveness at work. Any alternative treatment? For the time being. Sleep on side. You can strap tennis ball on your back so you can't sleep on your back. Whether you will get used to that , I don't know |
