I remember I saw the test on SJMC or Sunway Medical website before, requires you to sleep there while their nurse/technician monitor you and your machine data.
BP Lab has too but apparently (from what I read on their brochure) they will come to your house and place the machine to monitor your night sleep, then come back and collect data. Haven't been through the test so don't know what does the test really involve. I have been considering to go for one, since my hubby mentioned sometime I breathe heavily then suddenly went all silent like I'm not breathing, although I don't remember I did. He will wake me up and I just turned around and continue sleeping.

I know I had been frequently fatigue despite enough sleep and eating well. Things seems to improve now after I started exercising diligently. Diligently, like 5 to 7 hours a week. So I will postpone taking the test. I can't afford CPAP anyway.

That BP lab send machine to observe your sleeping that package around what price now? Then how the BP lab will solve the problem? Thx
