I have done a sleep study.

Consulted a sleep doctor. Found that the treatment is quite a sum of money.

Weigh loss is great but gonna take time. Now this is affectinf my effectiveness at work. Any alternative treatment?

What sort of treatment ? Surgery ? I have a friend who have done throat surgery. However a few years later, sleep apnea "came back" because muscle tissue have grown back. I am an APAP user myself.

Are you on trial with CPAP machine ? If possible rent and test, see which mask suit you. I would suggest you to get an APAP.

Did the doctor quote you for CPAP machine ? How much is it ?
It was quite expensive, 8 years ago. I am not sure what is the price now in Malaysia. So far I know the cheapest CPAP and mask is from the US.

Cheaper to buy from USA as the prices in Malaysia are about 30% more and they claim ti's due to their after sales service and two year warranty
AutoCPAP is the best and easiest to use as well as more comfortable but make sure the mask is one which you are comfortable with

Yeah, I have been buying from the US for many years now. Much cheaper. In contrary, I no longer use APAP, I discover CPAP is ok for me too. Mask wise, I found what suits me long ago.

Hi I am interested to buy from US. Can you refer me to the website and it is safe (I mean delivery ok)?

So far I bought my APAP machines & supplies from,
https://www.cpap.com/
https://www.1800cpap.com/

I prefer 1800cpap.com because they willing to sell to overseas customer without prescription and restrictions. When buying from other US stores, most will require doctor's prescription. Some brands restrict the sales only to the US, 1800cpap.com allow it. Last bought some masks from them in 2019. Things might change, do your research.

FYI and for those who have sleep apnea, here is an US forum I find it helpful for sleep apnea info.
