my question is: i've seen one fella did a handcuffs. he then broke it with invisible throw but the enemy wasn't thrown away in the end. it sticked back to guile just like how handcuffs started. that fella did that a few times then finally he did a proper invisible throw to break it off. that was many many years ago though. it would be nice if someone here care to explain because i been playing SF II for almost 18 years and i'm still playing it until today. my life would be complete if i know the answer :D
i found the guide. too bad i wasn't able to do the trick. the enemy just won't stick back to guile. for those who never seen it, i made this vid for you.

I know this long time ago and to saw sum1 perform this in the arcade,n tat guy told me this technique is only have for GUILE
the invincible throw is called "mou hing sau",handcuff is called "chi san" (stick body). With this technique u can easily to take down the BOSS (M.Bison)
Plus, tat guy still can do "pause" on the game.No time limit at all for the "pause" (u can go to toilet or having ur meal and come back to play as well)
I still remember some experts told me use GUILE in SF II will rules.I think this is the 1 of the reasons.Did anyone know GUILE can do "air throw" as well in SF II ?
Btw,this technique u can't used in SF II Champion Edition (which can used the 4 boss characters..BARLOG,VEGA,SAGAT,M.BISON)
Any1 here try b4 the SF II "Down Dragon" Version? only available in Asia region only.

erm. you can't pause the game. just that it freezes up guile. at some stages, like zangief, most of the time he is stupid and won't attack. just like the 2nd vid i made. as long as you don't break the stance, the game freezed.
not only guile, chun li as well.
all bugs are fixed in SF II CE. the airthrow is not a bug and it's still there. vega can airthrow as well.
down dragon, is called Koryu. i have it. this is a little vid i made.
there is another version called Toryu. a mod of Koryu. too bad that one only available on another emulator and that doesn't support video output. i can't make a vid but i snap a screen for you. the game play is even more insane. you can finish every round in 2 - 3 seconds.
it doesn't pause but rather it freezes the machine when the time runs out if u're still on a lock.
u'll hafta re-start the machine if that happens.
About the pause,i saw the "time remaining" has stop as well ler.

Yes you can do that, I used to be an expert in this. I've really forgotten how you do it, but I used to be able to fake a release after a handcuff. Its like you said, you performs an invisible throw during a handcuff, but you do a partial one where iafter it does the throw, the handcuffed player will be thrown but before he/she reached the ground they will get suck backup into the handcuffed position. If I'm not mistaken, you do the invisible throw as normal but instead of the normal movement on the joystick (sonic boom movement), you do a QCF to top right corner (assuming you're starting on the left). Its a very very advanced technique, I only master it after mastering continuos invisible throws. Its a really fun thing as the animation is really funky especially when the opponents body get suck back into a handcuffed position..
