Hi guy. I am kinda having a problem with digi lately. Currently it seems that they are randomly barring and terminating one of my lines for reasons like I am reaching my credit limit.
But when I check online I only have used like 1/4 or 1/3 of the credit limit.
But according to their customer service operator for some weird reason I am being charged for the next billing bill as well.......... and its still like 13 days again from the next billing day which is 8 of every month
and after checking with the service operator it is still way below my credit limit but the operator say it was nearing limit...... its something like 600/800 credit limit.
any idea how to solve this?
