Fellow Mibox owners..

Im looking at the new mibox which is quite nice since it support 4k60fps. However, when I look at it, I get puzzled. As far as I knew, xiaomi dont support NTFS nor exfat. The wifi wouldnt be fast enough to stream 4k. With 8GB internal memory, it does not leave much room for 4k content isnt it?

I just got the mibox generation 6 for a week. I can't comment its 4k performance as my tv is only full HD.
Anyway, regarding your question:
1) Internal memory is 8GB, but you can add external memory through thumbdrive or external harddisk;
2) You can buy a extension with extra usb and LAN input to plug it into the Mibox. I see some seller selling it for RM39.

About (1), have you tried plug in NTFS or exfat formatted harddisk or pendrive? Can support?

Sorry, I'm not sure what's the format of the thumbdrive or the harddisk.
The 32GB thumbdrive add-on I bought together with the Mibox (so that the seller can install all the apps directly onto the thumbdrive). So if you are buying new, might as well buy it together from the seller to save yourself the trouble.
My 1TB harddisk was previously used for storing Xbox360 games, I can't recall what's the format.... sorry.

Hi veteran mibox owners, any recommendation as to which air mouse is good for mibox?
Earlier I thought the mi controller (Mibox gen 6) can act as air mouse since it has g-sensor, but I was wrong to assume that Now I had to plug in a regular mouse to navigate some TV apps

i also thought the same for the new controller. So what does it do then?

There are some g-sensor game from Xiaomi that uses the controller.

Hi guys, I need help in changing DNS in mi box 3. The DNS setting won't save after I make changes. I try to use 沙发管家 优化DNS but failed.

I bought my RJ45 connector from computer accessories shop & it is working properly.
