I am using ADT alarm at my office. Alarm price is not expensive. Most expensive will be their monitoring service which they will call you if your alarm went off. They can also disable the alarm for you remotely. I was charged RM900+ a year. I have issue with the cables for the alarm. They gave me cheap cables and causing my alarm to goes off occasionally. When i called them to fix the problem, they charged me RM100 for site visit without doing anything. And to redo all the cables (although not my fault) they charging me with very expensive quotes. I have since then stop the monitoring services and did not pay for the site visit price. I would not recommend you to get ADT.
