QUOTE(alexanderclz @ May 20 2015, 12:40 PM) anybody got their 1st bill already? advance payment is just like "deposit".mine was charged 1. RM10 (stamp duty) + 2. RM38 (advance payment) + 3. RM22.03 (pro-rated charge from end of last month till current billing date) my question is, what is the RM38 advance payment for? tried the online live chat. the CS has no idea at all. Next time when you want to terminate, they will use this to offset your last bill. If got any balance will refund to you by cheque. ( pro-rated ) I believe many telco like U mobile also required advance payment. |

QUOTE(AnnaHui @ May 25 2015, 08:28 AM) Yes I'm aware. 0.5 day = 0.2 GB used. as i know if you watch anything from youtube, it will auto run in HD mode if your internet speed fast enough.I was on Yellow telco before this with RM58/2GB - and my 2GB is never finish every month. But with Blue sucking me like this, I think K.O. very fast so I switch it only to 3G But my friend told me 4G sucks data faster than 3G not true. It's the same. Otooo kehhh? There is setting on youtube where you can set " Limit mobile data usage - only stream HD video on Wi-Fi." Not sure on facebook video. But if you are only use for download/update apps, normal website browsing, then i got no answer... This post has been edited by karheng: May 25 2015, 10:14 AM |

QUOTE(graphidz @ May 31 2015, 03:37 AM) I just found out that Celcom 4g isn't actually free. It's only free till December 2015. Then it's rm10 per month don't worry, last year in their website also said free until Dec 2014. Then Jan 2015 they update the website free until Dec 2015.I just hope they change their policy by then though. Compared to maxis, I THINK it's free for all 3g users. |

QUOTE(chichibaibai @ Jun 15 2015, 11:44 AM) Just would like to reconfirm from you guys... basically I called to Maxis line to terminate my Maxis line yesterday. Maxis sent me to termination department, they claim that Celcom is only give 3 gb data during the promotion. And after promotion (6month) they will reduce to 2GB data. why you terminate you maxis line and get new number at celcom? You don't want to keep you number MNP to celcom?but i asked ppl from Celcom... they say NO... you be given forever 3GB data... unless you sign up after promotion period. |

QUOTE(graphidz @ Jul 8 2015, 09:04 AM) HTC M8. seriously, it's not my phone's problem. works fine with my past maxis sim. when changed to celcom, it's crap after i read all all your comment and problem, i feel that your phone setting or something not right.1. Is there 4G/LTE signal appear on your screen? 2. Please check you internet setting again, if the setting not download by auto. (I know you did it last time.) My setting is by auto APN : celcom3g MCC : 502 MNC: 19 Authentication type : PAP Others no need to set. 3. If still not help, i suggest you go to Celcom center ask them change sim card for you. So far i use my Sony Z Ultra and switch to Lenovo Tab S8-50, no problem at all receiving 4G/LTE at KL/Selangor, even i travel to JB. This post has been edited by karheng: Jul 8 2015, 10:29 AM |
