First Bil should come 2 weeks after I think. Well that was what the guy said to me. But I registered on the 30th. So I thought it was actually at least 2 weeks in the next month. Just my 2 cents though

i forgot to mention. i got the following sms as one of the first few messages when i pop in the new sim. seriously celcom? wtf
so should i respond no now? i'm worried because i think it's a scam where it's actually not activated and will only activate even when i say no to them.

So had a chat with OCS just now about my internet problem, and it seems like the problem is with me not setting up device settings. I tried when i first inserted my sim card, but it gives me an error and my device is not supported, etc. which is weird considering i'm using htc one m8. so the agent recommended me to call 1111. zzzz. anybody have a quick fix or an alternative fix? i'd like to avoid calling them

that's what i think. the agent could have just give me the details while on chat. anybody can show their apn settings? i wanna try and change just in case. especially for M8 users(as if that makes any difference lol)

Seems to work. thanks. will try for a few days. if it doesn't, need to find a new settings then

also, using the speedtest is really draining a lot of my data lol

if you check from website, it shows until the tenth. so 1523mb will be shown as 1.52GB. that's the most accurate one that you can get i guess. noob celcom

i'm new to this postpaid plans stuff. been using prepaid for years already. anybody can explain what does prorated means? and also maybe other things that i need to know about postpaid plan?

dude same here. except i registered 30/5 and my due is RM28.55. paid RM40.30 upfront, but reflected in my bill and my due bill was -RM40.30. when bill came, my total due payment is RM68.85. since i paid upfront RM40.30, my due bill is RM28.55. wanted to check how did i get charged that much but found out the guy typed my email for e-billing wrongly doh.gif
any way to make celcom resend the e-bill or view it with details online? just wanna confirm i didn't get any bill shock or got scammed since i receive a lot of spam messages (AGAIN, celcom seriously?)

dunno. i first thought that's like upfront payment to be reflected in the bill, meaning first month pay upfront. at least that's what i understood. now i'm not so sure anymore :/

But of course, what did I expect from Celcom. No Internet data while I was shopping in Sogo today. Sure it was crowded and MAYBE it's due to the volume of users, but really, it was either no connection at all or EDGE. I only got a connection when I was inside Uniqlo's changing room
