promotional period until today only because tomorrow all celcom center closed. perhaps still can try at blue cube/xclusive that operated on sunday.

just sign a new first38 at celcom center and being told by the staff about the promotional period.

promotion since 23april, promotional period until end of this month, after this only 2gb data+2gb wifi

until tomorrow. if there is any xclusive/bluecube open for business

no need. just wait for a sms stating that the port-out request approved by digi. once receive that sms, within 5min u will notice no service available for yr digi sim. that mean yr mnp request is successful and u can change celcom sim card and restart yr phone

Just wait for another sms something like this: your line is about to be activated on celcom network. Pls replece your sim card............... The msg u received not really show mnp is successful until digi say thank you.

i received this when mnp from digi. but some frens receive the other sms. but all of us successfully port into celcom.
but all of us did received msg saying thank you........

celcom center staff said bill normally sent after one week from billing date and u will have another month to pay

no wonder their website still written about the promotional packages

everyone have different billing date. so once reach yr billing date any unused data will be carried forward. check with online CS to find out yr billing date. within 1-2 weeks u will receive bill thru the method u selected during registering.

payment for the first month normally will be prorated from the day u activated until the billing date plus the stamp duty.after that u have one month time to settle yr payment before yr line being barred

after u can use the new sim card, u can register dy.

bill cycle is according to celcom system. depend on how the system assign for u

u need to pay yr bill within one month from the billing date

yup. yr bill is pro-rated for 20 may to 02 june (14 days).
14 days / 31 days * rm38 = rm 17.16

shouldnt be problem to downgrade.
but some celcom center doesnt allow celcom postpaid to prepaid as they claim system not allow. and 4g already can be used on celcom prepaid 2 years ago
