Come across this project.. Seem d psf after rebate fetch rm400. Any buyer out there? Can share your insight of this project? High potential of cap appreciation?

One must consider many other factor, like the market condition, the policy in effect, the demand/supply, each location is different.

for that area of austin height you should consider buy a house, not service apartment.

not so familiar with the johor market. need to do thorough research before proceed. u are right though. Are u agent? or investor? have u bought any prop in Johor?

i also obsessed with properties. hv also regularly check out the prop in kl/selangor. As im working in sg, thinking its good time to have one in johor for own stay (as in weekend house) or for investment. but hv no clue how the market trend. Was advised by some taikor to aim for commercial instead given that residential kind of over supply..
