This arc is in taman Daya, very chap area, location no good and too many unit , not walking distance to the college area.

what is your intention to buy? for capital appreciation? i don't think it's so easy, put 5k downpayment, then 4 years later take the key, pasang some light and then sell for 400k earn 200k profit. \

One must consider many other factor, like the market condition, the policy in effect, the demand/supply, each location is different.

for that area of austin height you should consider buy a house, not service apartment.
