A bit slow. Tried with SSD vs 7200 rpm hard drive. Less than 5 seconds for SSD. HDD can take roughly 20 seconds depending on the battle size. I am planning to move the game into my SSD to reduce loading time.
Be warned though, base game with all current DLC is around 32GB as of now. So make sure your SSD have room for it, need to take into account future expansions too.
