can anyone guide me?

im a girl who aspire to be a pilot but seems like (from what i heard) the chance of even becoming 1 is almost impossible.

i have thousand of question running through my mind now but got no one to refer to..

1) MAS have quota for bumi's & non-bumi's ?
2) does height really matters? (whats the min requirement)
3) MAS,SINGAPORE AIRLINES,AIR ASIA.. anything else?
and HOW do u apply?
4) MAS do not accept female pilot, there's a few in AIR ASIA? how about SA?
(is it that tough for a girl to be a pilot?)
how many cadet would they take each year?
5) is it better to take a-levels,degree or any courses before applying?
