Actually, it is the female body that has a higher temperature, causing sushi to go bad faster than if a man were to handle it. That's the reason why you see most (if not all) sushi masters are male.

Nevertheless, who cares about the above when you attend such sushi bars.

I like experiencing new cultures.

reason why there is major male sushi master because to become a sushi chef not only to make sushi, every early morning need to get the fresh raw fish at the port or market, in japanese culture male is dominant than female as female mostly handle housework
