Actually, it is the female body that has a higher temperature, causing sushi to go bad faster than if a man were to handle it. That's the reason why you see most (if not all) sushi masters are male.

I don't think people go to such sushi bar to eat fine sushi. Therefore, whether male of female body is irrelevant.
