it is the latest addition for the ion delemen. Comes with better facilities and design.

Not yet. depend on how many year 7% return you used for first payment. It calculate start from VP and after VP. 6 months renovation or tenure starting.

Buyer need to pay loan instalment during 6 months renovation period?

Of course. Instalment start as follow the progression phase. Until VP, developer will need your bank to pay full 95% money. The renovation will start after VP. It last for 6 months.
So, Ion majestry, to be frankly speaking, (If you loan 80%, Use 1 year 7%GRR). You only receive your second time GRR on:
If:
Building period: 2009 Jan- 2022 Jan. (contract 3 years after you sign S&P)
VP - 2022 Jan
Tenancy start: 2022 Jun
2nd GRR will be pay out in quarterly basic: 2023 Sept.

It is too far away in future to say whether you still able to receive GRR or not. Why not you just buy the existing Ion Delemen unit?
It is more faster. You know, investment has to be faster. When people lost first interesting point on this project, you will lost earning money chances.

Mean buyers need to make fairly substantial amount of cash out lay.
