If you hear jeers at Anfield this coming weekend if the team doesn't win, it's a clear indication already. English Clubs Liverpool LYN Kop Talk v96, Happy 123rd Birthday, Liverpool!

He has a very rigid style of play and formation for his team. Rarely does he ever change it during matches. Some may say it's "stubborn". I just call it tactically inept.
Yeah, yeah he changed formations mid-season but let's be honest, he took way too long to figure out the troubles of his own squad. |

James Milner? Hmmm...a good versatile player who plays his heart out each time. Good addition for the current squad but not the kind of player that will bring it back to constant success in terms of winning trophies.

QUOTE(carloz28 @ May 5 2015, 11:33 AM) On a side note, Napoli blitzed AC Milan 3-0, cements 4th and qualification for CL. And I felt that everytime Rafa wins, Liverpool FC regress a step back. If things don't change and FSG does not act fast, we will become the new Everton in the coming years. |

QUOTE(koolspyda @ May 5 2015, 10:09 PM) James Milner, (good chance), Danny ings (high bet) and maybe kieran trippier (burnley) is to be sought by Rodgers to beef up next season. Apart from Milner, whom I feel would be a useful addition to the squad, the other 2 can forget them. Signing players from Burnley is not what the club should be doing. For goodness sake, Burnley are getting relegated!good, good nice to know Rodgers is working hard to seal his seat, I mean secure players for reinforcements early |

QUOTE(cherroy @ May 6 2015, 10:45 AM) Milner is a good squad member, but currently the club need a marquee signing who can lead the team, typically like Sanchez or Suarez type of players. Indeed..enough of midtable or relegation-threatened club players. If the club wants to get back to the top, they must look for players playing for clubs close to the top of their respective leagues. |

QUOTE(sinoffire @ May 6 2015, 11:06 AM) Origi is just another potential star. 9 goals in 41 appearances for Lille this season is nothing to shout about. He's still very young though but I'm not putting a lot of hope on him. He's yet to prove what he can do in the BPL. |

QUOTE(bearbear @ May 11 2015, 03:06 PM) Ings rumour has kind of die of, now linked with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang Well at least he's something. I won't mind him. At least he knows what it's like to be near the top unlike players who are playing for clubs that have already been relegated. LELIn before Spurs also interested. |

Well, quite a lot of managers are still signing flops even though they have been at a club for many years. It's just that BR has a lot more flops.. |

It's impossible anyway that he would mention Rodgers but not Rafa in his final Anfield interview

QUOTE(AnythingK @ May 28 2015, 02:37 PM) There are plenty of "EPL proven" players out there In any case, there are several players outside of England who can actually you play at the highest level too. Why keep targeting players from mid-table or relegated clubs? Just because they performed well for those clubs? They will be just cases of "big fish in a small pond" again. Remember Charlie Adam? |

Youtube and stat sheets are not enough la. That's why there are scouts out there to do what they do. Watch players for several games and assess them
