they yet finalised the package yet. i understand that you need to fork out certain amount of down payment but yet is a idea location for own stay compared to balakong area

with low density, it's quite suitable for own stay...

any idea on the build up, floor plan and price for this package? I'm interested to know.

In my understanding, three size, 900sf with 2 room, 1200sf with dual key and 1523sf with duplex.

Free hold. Commercial title under HDA. Provide plaster ceiling and air cond.

Low dense with 2 block 25 levels. 7-12 units for block a and 9 units for block b. each block 3 lifts. 2-3 car park.

Open in November. 600psf onwards before discount.

I'm not agent. No sure about developer. But no much complaint on STARZ nilai.
