So far the design (to be finalized), will have 3 types:
1) standard 900 sq ft unit 2) dual key unit - which is the 900 sq ft unit + a small studio unit. And will have 2 entrances. This is especially useful for families where the kids/parents wants privacy in their own studio room yet be connected to the main unit housing the rest of the family. In terms of rental also is good, can rent out the studio while the family stays in the main unit. 3) ~1500 sq ft duplex unit. There will be choices of furnished and unfurnished units to cater to different segments of people. There are quite a lot of request for furnished units as this can be amortized into the loans so far are the different types of layout for TheStarz |
