Providers and the Customers.
4.2Service Providers shall endeavor to provide consistent and reliable
access to the services.
4.3Service Providers shall give adequate notice to their Customers of any
planned interruptions of service.
4.4Service Providers shall not discriminate unduly between persons or
classes of persons in the provision of their services or any related matters
and shall provide equal access to all Customers.

(All of the above not done and not doing, they are not meeting contract requirements ie "best effort", they are not providing a constant and reliable service, they haven't given any notice of this interruption to my service, and I am being discriminated against as a P2P user.) "

if got other ISP in malaysia, u think all the people here will still be using streamyx? if singnet/starhub come in, i guess nobody would be complaining here, they juz lift their ass toward tmnuts "chop" their line n head their d*** toward new ISP ASAP.

we have a government that SEEM like they always care about their country population but the actual fact show they don't give a damn about their own citizen's opinion.
