tmnet used the excuse they had to throttle p2p to get back the bandwidth so that the "rest" of the subscribers have a better surfing experience.

but is this true? from my experience, even normal surfing etc is hardly trouble free, pages timeout, sometimes load halfway and jam, have to refresh and load again, jerky youtube, low speed on filehosting sites like rapidshare etc.

i think all that is just bs excuse to cover for their incompetent network setup.
