0.4 kbps!!!

Used to be 90 - 100 kbps.

Some more my line was down for 5 days....this month alone.

Monopoly sucks....

They should also replace the idiots at the call center......they always tell you to unplug your router and do the typical set up....and tell them the error code......

What other error codes are there lah..... 678 lah... stupid!!

If not they'll ask you if your modem light is blinking..... haiz.......think I'm blind meh.....

Call center also don't look like a call center..... call 10 - 20 times only got reply....
