My first post...I'm a noob, heh O_o... please be nice to me.

Just got my 1m broadband installed. First 10 days, download speed really great 100kb+.
Now the speed hovers around 10-15k. I'm so upset.

They advertise best effort, but they fail to deliver them. They should explain or at least mention the P2P throttling in their ad. And now I'm bounded by their 1year contract. I feel so cheated

Just got confirmation from my TMNet friends, yups they are capping because bandwidth is limited. INDEFINITELY and no new package will be introduced for heavy download user in the near future due to multimedia act and copyright act (whatever O_Op).
And international bandwidth is very expensive.

With the new CEO, meh I don't think tmnet will change their policy. After all she's still under TM CEO. About DSLAM upgrading, yeah... DSLAM under TM and not controlled by tmnet. Means that ...most of the decision will be decided by TM.
