I am very sure TMNut will not release the throttling on P2P. Its just not justifiable. They are honestly better placing a soft download cap a month and then throttle once the cap is reached on total surfing speeds. Its a fact that a small percentage of users are using a significant portion of bandwith on the network causing major slowdowns.
Of course I don't deny that TMNut is providing a shitty service but all this P2P isn't making things much better. I would be very interested to see a petition from all the P2P users justify why they need so much bandwith and what they are downloading. Wouldn't be surprised 99% is illegal content.
If I were TMNut I would just put a cap and I actually would be very happy if those that complain don't subscribe since they are not making much out of them. Even in Australia all broadband companies have soft cap because when they tried providing unlimited their network could not cope.
Think about it.
