Being from the "so-called" #1 First World country I can assure you; "unlimited" download means exactly that (and 99% of ISP's have an "unlimited" package). And anything short will have an ISP looking at "Civil Suits" (i.e. try capping, shaping, throttling an amerikan, oh boy. monetary gains for the winner; big gains). The key is to get out of this damn first world/third world "mindset". Are you "third world"? or better yet "what is the definition of third world"?... and further WHO created the definition of "third world". Bunch of bullshyte, really. Bottom line is the network is overloaded by users (TMNut incompetance); the network will continue to be over saturated as the CEO's are buying the latest Merc's and the CallCenter workers are struggling to get rm1500 a month. Fukers are greedy laaa... Need to cut the fat back; starting at the top. Re-enforce the infrastructure and bandwidth to meet the current/future demands. Since I've been here I've found a "first world" peoples trapped by a "third world" government. You'all have all the same benefits/problems that we have back home. Now we just need to overcome the mindset and some of these folks whom continue to live mentally in the past (my Umno brothers should be ashamed of themselves... not even going to go there)...
