I am graduate in computer science, but now i am not working as related to my studies.

my question is after few yrs working time to gain some working experience, then maybe i will change to others company, will they still looking at my IT degree? since i am working as a engineer now. will they start considering me because i am not holding a engineering degree?

A degree certificate is just a stepping stone for you to start a job/career. After a number of years, company prefers to look at what have you done for your previous company rather than what have you learnt in univeristy smile.gif

It is alright. Look at the brighter side, you get to learn something new for free!! smile.gif

I know friends whose work is not related to what they studied in university. Heck, I'm doing operations now though I graduated as Electronic Engineer.

So, my point is that you won't exactly go to the path where you suppose/designated to go to.
