I am graduate in computer science, but now i am not working as related to my studies.

my question is after few yrs working time to gain some working experience, then maybe i will change to others company, will they still looking at my IT degree? since i am working as a engineer now. will they start considering me because i am not holding a engineering degree?

the time looking for IT jobs, and i don't want to be a programmer,so i was continue to study MCSE and try to looking for network engineer position,but all require very good experience.
end up there is a MNC company offer me QA engineer post, then become me today. doh.gif
