restaurant nope

but i do know in malaysia there are people who sell cutting diet or so

its like they cook one shot food for a week, and pack it into multiple small boxes to be served per meal, usually consist of brown rice, brocolli, carrots, salmons, chicken and beef

then when you want to buy usually buy one week supply of like 21 boxes (each meal one box), whenever you want to eat just throw into microwave for a couple minutes

for the age part in the article
even steaming it also cooking at high heat, else how you going to get the meat cooked and kill the bacteria

for the PAH part
i think the keyword here is cooking meat on a charcoal grill, usually we grill using gas or electric stove la, who still use charcoal now especially need to prepare in big amount

the HCA part
300F is like around 150 degree C ? unless you put small fire to steam your meat which took like half an hour to get it cooked, else electric steamer, or throwing into the pot to boil it is just the same as grilling it or any other way to cook it, exceeds 150C easily

chances are we worry too much, there are way more things that can cause cancer more easily than how you cook your food

yeah, thats what i said, the keyword here is charcoal, by cooking with charcoal you exposed your meat to smoke and fire and thats when PAH forms, microwaving your food to half hook and then proceeds to grill them to full cook can reduce the PAH

even if you can avoid the PAH, the HCA still forms when you cook your meat, with any way, unless you set your oven at 80c and wait 6 hours for your meat to be cooked

we tend to worry too much about these little things when the main cause of them being unhealthy is they dont eat a proper diet.
