same with you no news from lawyer firm yet, just worry because the letter said need to sign before 3rd november, else it will deem as lapsed. that's means if lawyer firm problem, we can ignore the lapsed term in the letter ?

Hi Teoh, i also just called to ask too, they now only mention need me email them the loan offer letter (in the letter said bring the loan offer letter go) @@ after emailed only let me know when to sign and yes they told me the same ignore the date on the letter. means u no need go lawyer firm just go showroom and sign.

maybe your bank already help you send the offer letter to them. the lawyer firm assistant told me if i send the offer letter to them before i go to sign, then i no need go twice. they can 1 shot gao dim. else i will need go there 2 times. this is what they told me.

last weekend went to construction side, and here's some progress photos. Remember September went laman view showcase choose unit, it was just a piece of land. now seems like it has 2 floors.
