Cannot book on tomorrow. But you can choose your unit in your mind then saturday once you go in the sales office...passing booking fee 10k...then you will secure the unit...any kind of cancellation, penalty 1k.

why 3 years construction period? this is not a stratified property?

if its not prima project...why ada resale condition such as cannot sell within 6 years?

developer can suka suka impose restriction these days? including 3 years construction period?

individual title landed got couples project with 3 years cons period like saujana klia. dev can apply lo.even lots of statified moving into 4 years period now
